1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of creative services, all payments made to The Pics Studio are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
The project has not started
The client cancels within 24 hours of payment
3. Revisions Instead of Refunds
We prioritize client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, we offer revisions as per the package terms instead of refunds.
4. Project Abandonment
If the client fails to respond for more than 15 days, the project will be considered closed with no refund.
