These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Pics Studio services.
1. Services
The Pics Studio provides product photography, videography, UGC content, and related creative services.
2. Booking and Payments
100% advance payment is required to confirm a project unless agreed otherwise.
Prices are exclusive of GST unless specified.
No work will begin until payment is received.
3. Revisions
Limited revisions are included as per the selected package.
Additional revisions will be charged.
4. Turnaround Time
Timelines are discussed per project.
Delays caused by client (late approvals, missing inputs) will extend delivery timelines.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate briefs and references
Ensure timely approvals
Provide products in good condition
6. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables are provided for usage rights after full payment.
The Pics Studio retains the right to use content for portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise.
7. Cancellation
Once the project has started, payments are non-refundable.
8. Liability
We are not liable for:
Delays due to external factors
Damages during shipping (unless insured)
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
